WAIVERS

In effort to streamline check-in at the park district, participants will now be required to complete an online waiver prior to or upon arrival to the park district.

Upon arrival, please visit the front desk to verify completion of your waiver and pay applicable fees for your program. Please note that a new waiver must be signed for each calendar year.

Waivers signed today are valid for the calendar year of 2026.

In an effort to get out household management program updated and running more efficiently, we are asking that all individuals that use our facilities fill out one of these Househould Information forms and get it turned into us as soon as possible!
